Simple Return and Exchange Process

Should you wish to initiate a return or exchange, just send us an email by 5 PM PDT on the 14th calendar day following delivery. The day of purchase is counted as Day 0.

Straightforward Buyback Requests

For buyback requests, the vehicle must be present at the buyer’s location and fully paid for. We offer repurchase at 100% of the original sale price, excluding documentation fees, shipping, taxes, and any state-related return costs.

Comprehensive Protection

Your vehicle remains fully insured throughout this trial period, with the exception of incidents where the driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of an accident.

Return Eligibility Requirements

Please note, returns will not be accepted for vehicles that have been altered, damaged, modified, or involved in any accidents. Vehicles used as loan collateral or with liens are also ineligible for return.

Once all return conditions are met, your refund will be processed swiftly. Funds typically appear in your account within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
